These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from 'Willow Organic Baby' and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Our website is updated daily however goods are subject to availability and in the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an acceptable alternative at the same price, if however you are not happy with this you are free to cancel your order.

3 Delivery.

Please be advised that we are currently able to deliver to the Isle of Man, UK and Channel Islands only.
Please note all Isle of Man home visits are FREE delivery.
We will of course make every possible effort to deliver your goods within the timely manner however sometimes delays may occur or are caused by reasons beyond our control.

4 Returns

Willow Organic Baby would like you to be completely happy with your purchases however we understand that you may wish to send something back.
Please keep all of the labels attached when trying on.  If for any reason you wish to return an item please return goods within 14 days of purchase with a copy of your invoice or receipt, (items should be undamaged, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging) and we will provide a full refund or exchange whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
All our parcel contents are checked, sorted and packed carefully however If in the unlikely event that the order you receive is incorrect or has been damaged in transit please email us at and we will arrange the best method of return and replacement.

If returning goods please ensure that they are insured using a service like Royal Mail Special Delivery as unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost goods.
